My father used to say this to us years ago and weight of his words revisited me this past week as I toured northern Italy with my children and grandchildren. For those of you who tuned in last week, I shared my first impressions of arriving in Venice, the floating city. I was awestruck. I am so glad we chose the time we did to visit because the crowds were low and we were able to see so much of the city without being jostled or hurried.
With so much to see I am thankful that we split this visit over two days because we did a LOT of walking.
Here are a few shots from our time in Venice.
Remember to tune in next week. We’ve got some amazing opportunities coming up to share with you for 2020!
